For seasonal flowers, we recommend using bromeliads. These
exotic flowering plants can provide color for about three months, even in the lowest light offices. The Bromeliad family is related to the pineapple, and includes hundreds of flowering species in nature.
For optimal color and appearance, we recommend an annual schedule of four rotations of bromeliads and Poinsettias in December. This provides year-round color spots, at a price lower
than fresh flower arrangements. Other flowering plants last one to three weeks (mums, azaleas, bulbs), and would need 20-25 rotations per year.
We generally "pre-book" these plants from the growers a season in advance, as they are forced into flower based on demand. Most clients decide ahead the
flower rotations for the entire year to ensure availability and timely rotation.
Usual rotations are:
1st week in January
Spring (usually before Easter/Passover)
Mid Summer
Early Fall
December - Rotation of Poinsettias
